Directions from the Manchester, route 101 area:
The... all highway way.
Take 101 East to RT 95 & the Hampton tolls. Go NORTH on 95 to Maine...
On Rt. 95 heading North...just past Portsmouth, NH you will go over the Piscataqua River bridge to Maine. Take exit 3, . Keep right on ramp... "Y"...
Take right( again)...Take 236 to South Berwick, about 10 miles.
There is a Cumberland Farms (on the left) at the stop “T”... (this is where RT 4 joins 236)...Turn RIGHT...(still 236) Past a Dunkin’ Donuts...through South Berwick... (it's a small town)... Stay in the left lane and follow 236 (just a couple of blocks), turn LEFT on Main Street, a few yards past the white steepled church... It's about a block past the city center and the Post Office.... There is a new traffic island. There is small signs that says: Fogerty's .
Go past Fogerty's... On the left, over the Salmon Falls River...You will see the old mill (and my studio) on your left. My studio is the on the 3rd floor corner.
The road swings left, just past the mill... the parking lot is on your left (fence with entrance) The Black Bean Cafe is across the street from the parking lot....The green door facing the road is the main entrance, by the white double doors. It's locked after 4:00.
I am on the 3rd floor. It's one flight up from the entrance level. Studio # 322...all the way at end on the left past the rest room...The studio is on the right. My cell phone # is 207-337-0714.

1: Start out going EAST on BRIDGE ST toward ASH ST. 1.1 miles
2: Merge onto I-93 S via the ramp on the LEFT toward RT-101 /
PORTSMOUTH / SALEM / BOSTON. 0.7 miles
3: Merge onto NH-101 E via EXIT 7 on the LEFT toward SEACOAST /
PORTSMOUTH. 18.9 miles
4: Take the RT-125 exit- EXIT 7- toward EPPING / KINGSTON 0.3 miles
5: Turn LEFT onto NH-125 / CALEF HWY. 0.1 miles
6: Stay STRAIGHT to go onto NH-125 / CALEF HWY. Continue to follow
NH-125 N. 9.5 miles
7: Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto US-4 E / CONCORD
TURNPIKE. 1.3 miles
8: Take the RT-155 N ramp toward DURHAM / DOVER. 0.1 miles
9: Turn LEFT onto NH-155 / TURTLE POND RD. Continue to follow NH-

10: NH-155 becomes NH-9 E. 1.7 miles
11: Turn RIGHT onto PORTLAND AVE / NH-4. This is a one way loop around the old mills in Dover... the right turn for route 4 is a sweeping right by a convience store only about one quarter of the way around the loop.

From the North, Maine Turnpike, Highway 95
Take the first exit off the Maine Turnpike after the York toll. (Get in the right lane as the exit is JUST past the booths).
Turn LEFT (4 lanes) at the top of the ramp and go down to the light...Route 1.
Turn right.
Go through the next set of lights, (Route 1 and 1A).
Past Irving gas, Blue Canoe and the Hannaford Super market on your right...and another set of lights...
Stay in right lane and take (sweeping) right, Route 91.
Follow Route 91 for about 9 miles (weaving but beautiful road) till ends at Route 236.
Turn Right and folow that till it "Ts" at the junction of 236 and 4.
